Wattle Sprig

Wattle trees have become a bit of a running joke between my partner and me — we’re always asking, “Is that a wattle?” whenever we spot one. Their bright, cheerful blooms are hard to miss, and I couldn’t resist capturing their simple, striking beauty in this piece.

Hand-painted in watercolour, this original artwork showcases the delicate texture and vibrant yellow flowers of the Australian wattle.
