I endeavour to make sure that all products listed on my website are in stock and the pricing is up to date and correct. As I am small business, I try my hardest to fulfil all orders in a timely fashion and appreciate your understanding during peak period if minor delays are unavoidable. My standard turnaround time is between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or I am unable to fulfil your order, I will let you know as soon as possible a revised turnaround time.
Orders placed on a Monday will be processed the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please note, during peak seasons, or sale periods, I can receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays in exceptional circumstances.
WHERE ARE littlehoothoot PRODUCTS MADE?
All products are hand crafted and proudly printed locally in Australia.
All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Delivery time can vary considerably depending on your location, please allow adequate time. Items posted overseas should take between 10-20 working days but could be longer based on circumstances behind my control. On occasions items can be delayed due to customs, bad weather or national holidays, this delay is completely out of my control.
I also recommend checking with your local custom office about duties and taxes that may apply to orders over a certain amount.
Please note there are current delays in delivery times due to limited flights in and out of Australia. I thank you for your patience during this time.
WHO IS USED TO SHIP PRODUCTS?
All orders are shipped through Australia Post.
All orders are shipped from the studio in Sutherland, Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via Australia Post. Please let me know if you’d like to request special shipping arrangements. Any duties or customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice. Regular post is usually received within 4 to 8 working days of postage, and express post within 2 working days of postage (depending upon location). Please select your postage option during checkout and ensure that you enter your address correctly.
littlehoothoot cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside my control e.g. third party couriers or in the case of adverse weather conditions.
Australia Post and Australian couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to increased parcel volumes, limited flights and social distancing requirements. These delays are impacting both standard and express shipping.
I appreciate your patience – and are working with Australia Post to ensure I do everything I can to deliver to you as safely and quickly as possible.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you would like your order to be track please make sure to select the tracking option at the check out. Tracking is automatically available on orders over 500g or with express post.
During a free shipping sale - items under 500g are posted untracked. Unfortunately, Australia Post doesn’t offer tracking services for standard packages.
MY ORDERED ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back ordered and if directed will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, I will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.
All littlehoothoot products are handled with great care, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours and I will minimise any inconvenience as best as I can.
- The item/items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
- Email me at email@example.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement.
- All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense. littlehoothoot can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
littlehoothoot recognises and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as confidential. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for littlehoothoot use only.
