About The Card

Researching beetles and moths turned out to be a bit of a rabbit hole. Turns out moths can actually be more colourful than butterflies, and once that discovery was made, there was no going back. This card is a celebration of two absolute favourites: the virgin tiger moth, with its watermelon pink body and cream wings laced with intricate geometric black detail, and the Picasso beetle: yes, named after Pablo Picasso, because the pattern on its shell is said to echo his painting style. The beetles are traditionally teal and cream with red and black detail, but here they come in two colourways. The original teal, and a second version with pinks, magenta and a hint of lime, just to make things a little more lively. Together they form a repeat pattern that is colourful, cute, and completely unexpected.

An everyday greeting card that works for any occasion: birthday, thank you, just because, or a "thinking of you" for the nature lover in your life. Keep a few in the drawer for those moments when you suddenly need a card and need it now.
