About The Card

The name "luna moth" carries the moon right in it, so the natural next step was to lean into that fully. This pattern layers two different positions of the luna moth: one facing forward with wings fully spread, one in gentle flight with the soft tail-ends of the wings drifting behind it: across a background of crescent moons with little sleepy faces (eyes closed, tiny nose, a gentle expression) and scattered watercolour stars in yellow. The moths are in the foreground in that beautiful greeny-teal, the moons and stars settle into the background, and the whole thing has this dreamy, softly celestial quality. It is, in the best possible way, otherworldly. Part of the Luna Moth collection, with matching Luna Moth wrapping paper.
