About The Card

This card started life as a very different beetle entirely. A blue beetle was being painted for a summery collection of yellows, greens and pink, and that blue beetle simply did not fit the vibe no matter what. So a new direction was taken, and Lady Lemon arrived: a ladybug-inspired beetle with the most gorgeous pink shell, but instead of the classic spots, there are lemons. Tiny painted lemons, some with a couple of green leaves, some with a single leaf, scattered across her back like the most delightful thing you have ever seen on a bug. She is the only beetle to make it into card form from a much-loved series of beetle artworks, and she absolutely earns her place. People genuinely love her, and it is very easy to see why.

A brilliant everyday card for any occasion: birthday, thank you, just because, or a genuinely cheerful pick for anyone who loves a bit of colour and a bit of creativity. The kind of card that gets a proper smile out of people before they have even opened it.
