About The Cards

The I Love You Daisy greeting card features original artwork and hand lettering created from my own watercolour paintings. At the centre of the design are the words “I love you” written in a deep forest green, surrounded by a soft pattern of creamy white daisies that have each been hand painted.

This floral greeting card is inspired by nature and delicate botanical illustration. The watercolour daisies create a repeating pattern that feels light, romantic and full of charm. Small teal luna moths appear throughout the design, fluttering between the flowers and adding a whimsical detail to the artwork.

The luna moths were inspired by a moment of curiosity while I was reading a book that mentioned this mysterious insect. I wondered if the moth was real and looked it up, only to discover the beautiful pale green luna moth that exists in nature. Their elegant wings and soft colouring felt perfect alongside the daisies and became part of this illustrated design.

The result is a romantic floral card that combines hand painted watercolour flowers, delicate moths and hand lettered typography. This nature inspired greeting card is perfect for sharing a heartfelt message of love, whether for a partner, an anniversary, Valentine’s Day, or simply to remind someone how much they mean to you.
