About The Sticker

I was drawn to this species while exploring Australian insects because of the beautiful contrast between its deep black wings and soft blue teal markings.

Each sticker begins as a hand drawn sketch before being carefully painted in watercolour using real butterfly references. The finished artwork is then transformed into a die cut vinyl butterfly sticker that captures the delicate pattern of irregular spots and stripes that make this species so distinctive.

The butterfly is shown with its wings spread open so the full pattern can be appreciated, creating a small piece of Australian wildlife that can travel with you wherever you go.

Inspired by Australian Wildlife
Butterflies have always been special to me. They remind me of my grandparents and the gardens where I first noticed them fluttering among the flowers. Even now, seeing one drift past still feels a little magical.

Capturing that quiet moment of wonder is something I love bringing into my artwork. This Blue Tiger butterfly illustration is part of my growing collection of nature inspired designs celebrating Australian insects and wildlife.
