Baby Bee

Joyful, abundant and painted with genuine love, the Baby Bee greeting card is a celebration from top to bottom. The word "baby" runs vertically down the card in a bold chunky serif style, painted in watercolour with a warm yellowy-orange outline that gives each letter a handcrafted glow. Bursting from behind the letters are watercolour sunflowers in full bloom, with one particularly exuberant bloom spilling out across the letter A. Blushing bride florals and scattered leaves fill the spaces between, and dotted throughout are ladybugs resting gently on the leaves and bees mid-flight, their wings detailed with fine line work.

This card grew out of a wider collection celebrating sunflowers and bees, and every element of it reflects the happiness those designs were made to hold. Gender neutral and endlessly cheerful, it makes a wonderful baby shower gift or a joyful way to welcome a newborn.
