All orders are shipped from our studio in Sutherland, NSW Australia.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We aim to have all orders despatched within one to two business days. Orders placed on public holidays will be despatched the next business day. We try our hardest to fulfil all orders in a timely fashion and appreciate your understanding during peak periods if minor delays are unavoidable. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible with a revised turnaround time.
During trade shows and busy holiday periods, despatch times may be extended. We will always communicate any delays as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you would like your order to be tracked, please select the tracking option at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been despatched from our studio. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at bec@littlehoothoot.com. Please note untracked parcels do not have tracking services available. We recommend using tracked shipping options for peace of mind.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale orders ship at a flat rate of $16.00 via standard post. For express post options, please email us at bec@littlehoothoot.com.
