All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

Standard Post Tracked - $10.00 Flat Rate Australia Wide
Express Post Tracked - $15.00 Flat Rate Australia Wide
Untracked Post - only available for items <500g (Pricing for untracked is based on weight and size of the parcel. Starting from $1.10 Australia Wide

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
International Post - $20.00 Flat Rate

Items posted overseas should take between 7-21 working days but could be longer based on circumstances beyond our control. Please note international timeframes are a guideline only and may vary depending on your location.

Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you would like your order to be tracked please make sure to select the tracking option at the check out. Tracking is automatically available on orders over 500g or with express post. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been despatched from our studio. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us at bec@littlehoothoot.com.

Please note if you chose to have your order posted by untracked shipping, Australia Post doesn’t offer tracking services for untracked packages. We strongly recommend using the tracked shipping options available.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Express Post - 1-3 Business days after despatch
Standard Post - 2-8 Business days after despatch
Untracked Post - 2-8 Business days after despatch

Between 7-21 working days after despatch

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 12pm (AEST).
Orders placed on weekends will be despatched on Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be despatched the next business day.

We try our hardest to fulfil all orders in a timely fashion and appreciate your understanding during peak period if minor delays are unavoidable.
In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible with a revised turnaround time.

Please note, during peak seasons, or sale periods, we can receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays in exceptional circumstances.
