Calligraphy is a way to add that personal touch to your pieces. I provide a range of calligraphy and lettering solutions for invitations, envelopes, place cards and menus.

Each calligraphy style is categorised into Tiers depending on the intricacy of the style and the time it takes to letter in that style. If you don’t see the style you’re looking for here just let me know and I will be happy to provide a quote for a custom style.

PRICING GUIDE

Please note that the following price list is for calligraphy only and does not include envelopes, card stock or couriers. I’m more than happy to provide the stock (envelopes, placecards) for you, as I know what stock works best with my nibs and ink. However if you have your own stock I’d love to write on it.

Each calligraphy project (big or small) includes a $25.00 standard handling fee applies for all work. This is the time outside the actual calligraphy. It covers emails, phone calls, preparation and liaising with clients, sorting and formatting lists, printing lists, extra lists, checking off, packing and sending.

TURNAROUND

Standard turnaround is approximately two to three weeks from the time that I receive both your envelopes (if you’re supplying) and final mailing list. Please know that I cannot guarantee exact return dates and that delays in receipt of materials and/or final mailing list will result in delays to your return date as well.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR LIST

Please email your final list to bec@littlehoothoot.com. Please only submit one final list. Changes to your list once submitted may result in additional set-up fees to reformat your list again.

Please ensure that Excel spreadsheets or shared Google Documents are filled out correctly. Please ensure that all guest names and/or addresses are filled out in the appropriate fields and are spelt correctly. Please ensure sure that no additional headings or sheets are not included in the shared document. Incorrectly set up spreadsheets will be charged an additional $25.00 AUD formatting fee. All content is to be proofed, checked and approved by the client prior to sharing the document. Littlehoothoot takes no responsibility for incorrect spelling provided by the client. Due to the hand crafted nature of the product being hand written there will be slight variations (colour, letterforms, etc) and this is to be expected.
